Karen Knight/Sian Bailey (Client/End-user) - As the client I respresent the needs of the school, and it is my job to ensure I get the best possible outcome for the pupils.
Herefordshire Council ( Client) - We have provided the funding for the scheme and manage the project for the end-user. We are the overall project procurers and work with the design team to ensure that the building meets the central principal's of Herefordshire Councils design objectives, whilst fulfilling the requirements of the school.
Speller Metcalfe Malvern Ltd (Main Contractor) - We have been selected under the West Midlands Contractors Framework to deliver the project as the principal contractor. Fundamental in the way we operate is our open and honest approach. Our team strive to approach all projects with a positive and dynamic attitidue, which is reflected in the drive and commitment of our workforce. Our experience across a wide spectrum of construction projects enables us to confidently deliver our clients requirements. We have extensive experience in education & healthcare giving us a depth of understanding of the specific requirements of our education clients, including the careful management of safety considerations, meeting rigorous programme deadlines and minimising disruption.
Amey (Architect) - We have been appointed initially to develop the overall startegy for redeveloping the school, and now to develop the full design.
